She is the ultimate professional, with years of knowledge and experience with all types of elderly facilities in the Tucson area, their prices, personnel, and reputation. Lisa also is a good listener, compassionate, in touch with our needs and what’s needed, and she knows what to say and how to say it.
Because of Lisa, my Mom’s life is 180 from where it was. Mom is 98 and looks radiant, healthy, is in good spirits, mentally alert, and has taken an interest in the other residents. She actually has gained weight, her health has improved, and she has made a friend!!! I know this sounds too good to be true, but Mom was placed 9 months ago and it’s been the best move she possibly could have made. Now when I call from Virginia, Mom can only talk for a few minutes because it’s either time for breakfast, or lunch, or exercise class, or someone has stopped by her room to chat. These phone calls are 180 degrees from the daily, hour-long calls of misery and heartache I fielded over the past 3 years.

Lisa became family to me, and I can never thank her enough for what she has done for Mom and selfishly, for all of the family.

She was patient and professional even when our first round of tours made it obvious that I had misjudged Mom’s ability to navigate independent living. A few months later she helped us find the perfect assisted living facility for Mom. That was almost two years ago and I am still very grateful for her diligence, patience, kindness, and professionalism.

Lisa helped my family place my grandma in an assisted living. My grandma has memory impairments and so we wanted to take extra care finding the best place for her so she will not have to move multiple times. Lisa listened to my grandma’s needs and set up tours of four locations. We then revisited a few of the assisted livings multiple times before making our final choice. Lisa treats each client as if they were her own family member. She knows the history of each facility to give more confidence with this decision that will be long term.
